Kayla Jefferson
Mrs. Jefferson is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with her bachelor's in Elementary Education and Teachers College of San Joaquin with a master's in Educational Leadership & School Development and an Administrative Credential. Mrs. Jefferson began her teaching career in Stockton, CA with Aspire Public Schools. After four years, she and her husband, Sean, moved back to Escalon where she taught 6th grade math and science for eight years. She is now El Portal's Assistant Principal and is elated to serve our school and community. In her spare time, Mrs. Jefferson enjoys traveling, hiking, and swimming with her husband and three sons. She is looking forward to an excellent year!
