If you are interested in getting vaccinated for Covid, Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in partnership with San Joaquin County Public Health services will be holding a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, May 21st.
The clinic will be open for walk-in appointments between 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Escalon High School cafeteria.
Pfizer vaccines will be administered for anyone over the age of 12 and second dose appointments will be made for Friday, June 11 at no cost.
If a parent is unable to accompany a minor, a written and signed consent will be required. The consent form is attached below or you can pick one up in our office. For additional vaccine information, visit www.sutterhealth.org.
