Dear Parent or Guardian:
Your child will be participating in an off-campus practice evacuation drill. Students and their classroom teacher will walk to our established off-site location (Kraft Heinz Plant), be given instructions by their classroom teacher, and then return to campus. The purpose of the drill is to prepare our students and test our safety procedures if we are required to leave campus during school hours. The drill will occur on Wednesday, September 27th, between 2:14 p.m. and 3:10 p.m. If you do not give permission for your child to participate, please return the attached form to our office no later than the end of the school day on Tuesday, September 26th. If you allow your child to participate, you will need to do nothing - no form is needed. If you have any questions, please contact the office at (209) 838-7095.
